How to book appointments at the practice
Our Practice Patient Services Team are trained to signpost patients to the most appropriate clinician. They do this by asking you a brief description of the problem you have. This allows the team to book you in in a suitable timeframe.
Consultations can be done face-to-face, on the telephone or via video. Please advise our Patient Services Team what your preference is and we will try to accommodate this where appropriate.
We only book urgent appointments on the day. This would be done by calling the surgery at 8.30am. For any routine or ongoing issues, please ring after 10am and book in the next available routine appointment slot.
For Nursing and HCA appointments, appointments are made by our Reception Team. Please request an appointment by telephoning the practice. Most appointments offered are face to face, though some appointments are offered as telephone consultations.
